If you're thinking of going out for Christmas dinner this year, there are plenty of talented chefs in SLC willing to provide a lovely Christmas meal you don't have to prepare yourself. Here's a comprehensive list from the Salt Lake Tribune of restaurants open for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Some of my favorites on this list are Bambara (Christmas Eve only), Faustina, Cafe Trang, Log Haven and Aerie. It's a good idea to call ahead for reservations.
